The seafood at Sandy Island is fresh and if it isn’t… it’s not on the menu that day. This was undoubtedly a highlight of my time in Anguilla, and there’s nothing quite like that feeling that you’re happily lost on a stranded island… If you do just one thing in Anguilla, it should be to spending the day island hopping around Sandy Island and Prickly Pear! Our menu uses the freshest ingredients available locally. We contacted them prior to our visit and they were helpful to arrange everything for our visit.
