Thank you also to mention some of our staff that makes this place what it is. I am aware that times are tough in the travel industry but they need to treat consumers fairly. They have a zero tolerance policy of very bad behaviour, which I applaud them for. Rest assured however we will be back up and running as soon as the world gets back on its feet.If you are worried for the well-being of our staff, please don’t. The villa was very clean and housekeeping good. We feel we are entitled to a refund of $12 000 as Berkeley River Lodge changed the original agreement. They gave us a quick tour of the resort and facilities and made us feel very welcomed. Or if they had at least informed us so we could have changed the time for our pick up to better fit the boat schedule.

We are terribly sorry about some shortcomings in our service, should not be and under normal circumstances is not the case. - They had 2 restaurants open during our stay that offered a various menu with everything from Italian, thai, Indian and japanease food. Our resort is located at the best location around Patong Beach, which is the most famous beach in Phuket.
