After being killed and reborn, he initially had no memories of his former life. Greed is a major antagonist turned supporting character in Hiromu Arakawa's manga series Full Metal Alchemist and its second anime adaptation. In spite of his demanding and nettlesome personality, he his very polite, laid-back, chivalrous, and enthusiastic (he refuses to fight against women). However, despite Ling's attempt to keep him, Greed knocks his host away to be sucked into Father's body.
