Setup was a snap, with two caveats: 1) the 3 tiny recessed plastic screws attaching the stand were almost impossible to insert; it took me 20 minutes to get them into position with the aid of eyebrow tweezers; 2) there should be a channel in the plastic where the cable is attached so it can go in straight -- not enough room; I had to bend it into position while screwing it on.

Big problem with the remote sensor. If you don't need Cable TV it would probably be fine just using the supplied remote control. I read all of the other comments from previous buyers and was skeptical, however I am so glad I stuck with my gut and bought it.
